Rimpex commercial terms

These terms apply to quotations and orders placed with Rimpex, a brand of Kugy Engineering Suppliers.

Orders and quotations

All orders are subject to availability. Prices quoted by WhatsApp or email are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and delivery

Rimpex ships through logistics partners across India. Dispatch timing and transit estimates are confirmed against stock availability and destination at quotation.

Returns and replacements

Goods once sold are not taken back unless there is a manufacturing defect. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

Compatibility

Parts are made for standard OEM machines. The customer verifies the model number and dimensions before ordering. Custom sizes are non-refundable.
